Chanty likes to think she can charm the leg off a bed post. Here she is testing out her skills as a snake charmer. She is impossible really! Clearly she has been watching too many charmers on the Serpentine Road. She cannot be left out of anything!

Creeeepy snakes…. I’m glad they are totally charmed.
I love snakes…and here’s another connection between us (Chanty? Heather?). I was sitting in my pergola this morning and saw what I first thought was a large worm that turned out to be a very small snake. He obliged me by zipping into a jar I put in front of him so I could admire him for the day. I just turned him loose about the time this was posted. Someone, cue the Twilight Zone music…
What an obliging little fellow Mari. Chanty, you and I clearly have much in common. I have been listening to Loreena’s Ancient Muse and her music is evoking all sorts of things. My current drawing has more reptilian characters and will be one to look out for.
